It's almost game time in Mesa, Arizona on Tuesday afternoon (2:05 pm CT) as the Chicago Cubs take on their crosstown rivals, the Chicago White Sox.

The Cubs, currently holding a record of 16-12, will face off against the White Sox, who have a record of 12-13.
