The Chicago Bears announced that offensive lineman Lucas Patrick is out for the season following toe surgery.
"He actually had surgery a couple weeks ago, and he will not be back with us this year," Eberflus said. "He's been in every meeting, been engaged … he had the toe injury, and we ended up surgically repairing that. But he's been engaged the last couple of weeks."
Patrick appeared in 7 games with five starts this season. In total, he played 250 snaps at guard and ten plays at center.
He is signed through the 2023 season with a $3.8 million contract.
