The Bears players that are inactive include quarterback Mitch Trubisky, offensive lineman Sam Mustipher, defensive tackle John Jenkins, defensive end Roy Robertson-Harris, and outside linebacker Trevis Gipson.

This means that receiver Riley Ridley will be active for the first team for the Bears this season.

The Bears have also placed safety Deon Bush and offensive tackle Lachavious Simmons, on the reserve/COVID-19 list in other roster news.

Offensive lineman Aaron Neary has been called up from the practice squad on Sunday.
