Split his high school career between Modesto Christian (Calif.) (2016-18) and Juan Diego Catholic (Utah) (2019)
Was a two-way player, contributing at both defensive line and at tight end
Earned first-team Class 3A All-State honors and was unanimously voted team captain as a senior, totaling 91 tackles and 8.0 sacks along with 13 receptions for 225 yards (17.3 avg.)
As a junior earned First-Team All-Junior State, Trans Valley League Defensive Lineman of the Year, Modesto Bee All-District and First-Team All-TVL honors
