The Chicago Cubs announced on Thursday that former Chicago Cubs catcher David Ross will sing the seventh inning stretch for tonight's NLCS game 5 at 7:08 p.m. CDT against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

This is right up there with Bill Murray as a cool guest for this iconic tradition.

Other game notables include Wayne Messmer with the National anthem and first pitch by David Ross.
