The Double-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs announced on Thursday night that they will have to cancel the current series against the Chattanooga Lookouts.

The current Smokies vs. Lookouts series taking place in Chattanooga has been canceled to allow for additional testing and contact tracing of members of the Chicago Cubs organization.

Teams are adhering to minor league baseball's health and safety protocols and will practice caution as we follow the guidance of experts.
