MILWAUKEE — What seemed destined to be the second straight shutout victory for the Milwaukee Brewers (20-23) over the Chicago Cubs (27-20) took a drastic turn in the top of the ninth on Saturday, as the Cubs rattled off four runs to take a two-run lead at Miller Park. The North Siders finished off the 4-2 win in the bottom of the ninth, bouncing back after getting skunked 1-0 by the Brew Crew on Friday.

Jason Heyward put the Cubs in front with a three-run jack off Josh Hader in the top of the ninth. Hader has a history of dominating the Cubs' batting order, but he struggled mightily on Saturday. Ildemaro Vargas tacked on an insurance run with a solo shot against Hader, marking Vargas' first home run as a Cub, and Craig Kimbrel went on to earn the save, which moved him into 12th place on the all-time saves list.
