Nothing has gone right for the Bears against the Chiefs on Sunday.

Bears quarterback Justin Fields was sent into the medical tent after a third-down run in the redzone.

Kansas City Chiefs defender Willie Gay hit him across the face while trying to punch out the ball.

Bears receiver DJ Moore had to get Fields off the field and onto the sidelines because he was visibly shaken up, possibly with some concussion symptoms.

Fields eventually walked off with the help of the referee blowing the whistle and giving him time to leave the field.

We will update you on his injury status when we have more information.

Update: Fields is out of the medical tent and back on the bench with his teammates.

Update 2: Fields is back in the game in the fourth quarter.

Fields had completed 6-for-16 passes for 42 yards and an interception before leaving the game.
