The Chicago Bears announced on Wednesday that they have inked a deal to bring cornerback Joejuan Williams on board from the Minnesota Vikings' practice squad.

Williams boasts 36 NFL game appearances, including one start, across three seasons with the New England Patriots.

The 25-year-old accumulated 44 tackles and eight pass breakups during his time there.

Williams missed the entire 2022 season with a shoulder injury but was healthy last season.

The Patriots drafted him in the second round of the 2019 draft from Vanderbilt.
