History was made and the first of many.

Chicago Cubs catcher Miguel Amaya smacked his first major league homer against the San Diego Padres on Sunday.

It was a two-run homer that put the Cubs up 7-0 and it traveled 415 feet with an exit velocity of 104.6 MPH.
