WATCH: Nico Hoerner blasts homer against Nationals

Chicago Cubs infielder Nico Hoerner smacked a solo homer to put the Cubs within one run at 2-1 in the seventh inning of Wednesday's game against the Nationals.

The homer traveled 376 feet over the left field wall.
