The decision is in!

According to ESPN's Adam Shefter, the Chicago Bears are expected to name Mitch Trubisky the starting quarterback for week one.

"It’s due to his progression, leadership and overall performance throughout camp," he posted. "Nick Foles made decision difficult for Matt Nagy, but the team feels strong about its QBs."

In 2019, Trubisky threw for 3,138 yards and 17 passing touchdowns with 10 touchdowns for a QBR of 41.5.

He has a 23-18 overall record as a starter for the Bears. Hopefully, this will be a breakout year for the athletic Mitch Trubisky.

The Bears will face the Detriot Lions on the road in Week 1.
