This is not good news.

According to multiple reports, a Cincinnati Reds players has tested positive for COVID-19.

ESPN's Jeff Passan posted that the game Saturday will likely be canceled.

"Saturday’s game between the Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Pirates is likely to be postponed after a Reds player tested positive for COVID-19, sources tell ESPN.

"The fallout is unclear — will be for days. But after the Marlins and Cardinals outbreaks, avoiding another is vital."

Hopefully this is just one player on the team that gets a positive test because we know how fast things can spiral out of control like in previous cases with the Marlins and Cardinals.

The team will now quarantine the player and do contract tracing.

Update: The game today between the Reds and Pirates have been postponed.
