WATCH: Highlights from Bears' victory versus Vikings

MINNEAPOLIS — Remaining in the thick of things with regard to the NFC Wild Card hunt, the Chicago Bears (7-7) picked up a significant road victory over the Minnesota Vikings (6-8) on Sunday. The Week 15 matchup at U.S. Bank Stadium saw the Bears come away with a 33-27 win and surpass the Vikings in the playoff push.

The contest ended with Bears cornerback Sherrick McManis intercepting a Hail Mary thrown by Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins. Bears running back David Montgomery scored two rushing touchdowns on the day, and quarterback Mitchell Trubisky and wide receiver Darnell Mooney teamed up on Chicago's other touchdown. Kicker Cairo Santos made 4-of-4 field goal attempts for the Bears.
