Rizzo faced off simulated game action on Tuesday afternoon and according to insider Jordan Bastian, Rizzo faced off against Tyler Chatwood, Dan Winkler, and Rowan Wick as he saw 26 total pitches and took 12 swings (6 balls in play, 5 fouls, and only 1 miss).

Cubs manager David Ross said that things are looking up for Rizzo.
