The Chicago Cubs have not had much to celebrate lately besides the birth of Kris Bryant's son Kyler Lee.

This week, the team made sure they showed their support to KB with a shoutout to his son on Wrigley Field's iconic marquee.

Bryant understands how cool this was for the team to do.

"One day, he'll realize how special this is," Bryant posted on Instagram. "Thank you, @cubs."

Bryant is obviously over the moon with being a first-time dad.

"I think this is really what I've been put on this Earth to do, is be a dad," Bryant said in an interview with Marquee Sports Network in late February. "Obviously, I play baseball pretty good, but I'm just so excited [for] this new journey with my wife and my family. Honestly, I think this is going to be one of the best years of my life."

Congratulations from everyone at CubsHQ on the birth of your first child!
