Chicago Cubs manager David Ross spoke to reporters Tuesday at MLB's Winter Meetings about a wide range of topics including Kris Bryant, Willson Contreras, and his approach as a new manager.

David Ross saw several Cubs players at Kyle Schwarber’s wedding over the weekend: “There will be a change. There will be obviously some boundaries, but I also don’t want to change who I am as a person. That’s why I got this job. That’s why those guys respected me.”
Ross says all these catchers on the coaching staff are more a product of him being a catcher and speaking the same language as them and not about Willson Contreras needing help or what not.
