Cubs catcher Kyle Schwarber celebrated in the locker room with his teammates after learning that Chicago is going to the World Series for the first time since 1945.
Schwarber might have the opportunity to play in the World Series if he gets the OK from the doctors and management on his rehabbed knee. Unbelievable! Can't put in word how excited I am for this team! #FlyTheW #Hellyeah
