Signed the following players to the Active Roster: LS Scott Daly Placed the following player on Reserve/Injured: Waived the following player from the Active Roster: LB Carl Jones Jr. Signed the following players to the Practice Squad: TE Nikola Kalinic DB Dontae Manning DB Gervarrius Owens Released the following players from the Practice Squad: LS Luke Elkin DB Mekhi Garner The Chicago Bears have placed DE Austin Booker on IR.
