Bears re-sign cornerback

Tony Crumpton Tony Crumpton  ·  Senior Editor ·

Another Bears defender is back for 2021.

The Chicago Bears announced on Friday that they have re-signed defensive back Michael Joseph to a one-year deal.

This is a decent low-cost signing as the Bears need to keep all the depth they can after letting go cornerback Kyle Fuller.

Joseph missed the entire 2020 season, being placed on the injured reserve and the reserve/COVID-19 list.

He was an undrafted free agent from Dubuque.
