MLB betting odds for the 2023 National League Central division winners with the St. Louis Cardinals as frontrunners at -130 odds, followed by the Milwaukee Brewers (+170), Chicago Cubs (+600), Cincinnati Reds (+6500) and Pittsburgh Pirates (+9000).
