CHICAGO — With the game tied at 5-5 in the top of the ninth on Sunday, Chicago Cubs closer Craig Kimbrel struck out Asdrubal Cabrera of the Washington Nationals to end the half-inning at Wrigley Field. Cabrera looked at a filthy curveball on strike three, and Kimbrel and his battery mate, Cubs catcher Victor Caratini, were fired up.

Caratini and Kimbrel both first-pumped after the curveball broke just perfectly over the plate for the third strike. In fact, Caratini did not even wait for the home-plate umpire's call before standing up and heading for the dugout. The clutch strikeout left runners stranded on first and second.
