CHICAGO — Chicago Cubs right fielder Jason Heyward crushed his first home run of the season on Saturday. "J-Hey" swatted a solo shot off Pittsburgh Pirates reliever Clay Holmes in the sixth inning, giving the Cubs a 4-1 lead.

Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant hit an impressive solo blast of his own earlier in the game, and Heyward got in on the action with a 423-foot blast at Wrigley Field. Swinging on a 3-1 count, Heyward drove a sinker out to right field in a hurry, with the ball leaving the bat at 110.7 mph.
