It was a squirrely Cubs-Pirates game on Monday night as the Northsiders got blasted 12-1 by the Pittsburgh Pirates.
One of the only fun parts of the contest likely for Cubs fans was when a brave and lost squirrel danced around the outfield juking workers that were trying to get him with a large net and bucket. Eventually, the squirrel went into the Cubs bullpen looking for a friendly face and was captured and let go. The squirrel actually gave the Pirates more of a game than the Cubs last night.
