WATCH: Patrick Wisdom crushes grand slam onto Waveland Avenue

Chicago Cubs third baseman Patrick Wisdom crushed a grand slam onto Waveland Avenue to put the Cubs up 6-0 against the Reds on Thursday night.

Wisdom has driven in five runs in the first two innings of the contest.

It was his 15th homer of the season and his second grand slam of his career.
