The Chicago Cubs are preparing for another World Series Championship ring ceremony at Wrigley Field on Monday before the Milwaukee Brewers' game according to ESPN's Jesse Rogers.

Former Cubs Jason Hammel, Travis Wood, and Jorge Soler have an off-day and the team would like to honor them by giving them their World Series rings at Wrigley Field.

Three other former Cubs players that had pivotal roles in the Championship - Dexter Fowler, Aroldis Chapman, and Chris Coghlan will receive their rings later in the season when their respective teams play the Cubs.
