Cubs skipper Joe Maddon is known for his wacky ideas and creativity to keep his players loose during the grueling baseball season.

His latest wardrobe theme trip that will start tomorrow will have the team wearing track suits with their nicknames on their back.

Some of the nicknames embroidered include 'J-Hey' for Jason Heyward, 'Reaper' for Justin Grimm, 'Left-hander' for Jon Lester, 'Stropy' for Pedro Strop, 'Szcr-Urrrrr' for Matt Szczur and 'Joey' for Joe Maddon.

The idea for the new track suits was from strength coach Tim Buss and Jon Lester.
