El Mago had a nice game against the Reds on Tuesday night.

The Cubs shortstop had a few 'El Mago' awe moments with his defense, baserunning skills including sliding under a tag at home, a double to the fence, and a opposite field solo blast on a 3-0 count in the seventh inning to put the Cubs 5-2.

It was his first homer of the season but certainly not his last.

According to Andy Martinez of Marquee Sports, Baez was previously 1-for-8 in 3-0 counts with 36 walks in his career.
