Watch out Willson Contreras because Javy Baez was polishing up on his catching with All-star pitcher and brother-in-law Joe Berrios' during a practice session down in Puerto Rico. Baez can play a myriad of positions, including shortstop, second base, third base, and first base. Baez could play in the outfield or be an emergency catcher if the Cubs ever needed because he is so athletic that he could figure it out pretty quickly on the fly. Obviously, Baez would be very low on the depth chart as an emergency catcher but its always good to be ready if you are needed. Check out the clip of him catching below: ¡Impresionante! ??????
