Cubs manager Joe Maddon is universally recognized as one of the top managers in the major leagues and knowing how to motivate and inspire his players.
His latest t-shirt slogan for his Respect 90 Foundation is "Try Not to Suck-Toper" which references the upcoming playoffs for the Cubs in October. The Cubs have not won a World Series Championship since 1908. Yes, that says TRY NOT TO SUCK-TOBER. #Cubs pic.twitter.com/2BzfBqahnM
