Justin Fields takes a shot at Matt Nagy

The sophomore campaign of young quarterback Justin Fields should be exciting for Bears fans.

Fields told Fox News Digital that he is ready to get started with his new head coach and new teammates.

"Of course, there's a new coaching staff," Fields said if he was excited about the 2022 season.

"We're kinda just trying to re-culture or getting the culture in the building. I don't think our culture was the best culture last year. So, working with the new staff, everybody is just buying in.

"We got a lot of new people in. It is just creating a foundation for years to come. That's really the most exciting thing about it. It's been awesome working with the new coaches (and) working with my new teammates."

This certainly goes against how Nagy always publicly praised the culture in the locker room during his time in Chi-town.

Hopefully, this means that the Bears will show some improvement this upcoming season and not regress.
